We share your commitment to providing children and families with the highest level of care. Grateful Care ABA specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with autism, ages 1 to 21, with programs designed to improve communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and overall quality of life.

As a provider, you play a key role in identifying autism early and connecting families to the right support. When you refer to Grateful Care ABA, families can access specialized services quickly and without unnecessary delays.
By making a direct referral, you help families navigate the complexities of diagnosis, therapy, and insurance, ensuring they receive the right support from the start. Here is what a patient's ABA journey looks like.
A psychologist or other qualified provider conducts a comprehensive evaluation to confirm an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis.
Our intake team handles insurance verification and prior authorization to ensure ABA therapy is covered, so families aren't left navigating paperwork alone.
A BCBA assesses the child's behavior and skills, then builds a personalized treatment plan based on their strengths, needs, and goals.
We match the child with a credentialed RBT whose experience and approach align with their individual needs.
The RBT implements the BCBA's treatment plan and therapy gets underway — at home, in clinic, in school, or in the community.
Parents receive ongoing education and support so progress continues beyond therapy sessions.

We continuously monitor outcomes and adjust each treatment plan to ensure the child keeps improving, with regular progress updates shared with parents and referring providers alike.
